Directions:
Gansbaai is situated 170 km south east of Cape Town and takes two hours
to reach by road.
(Cape Town has An international airport.)
- If you have your own transport, take the N2 out of Cape Town direction Somerset West and drive over Sir Lowry's Pass and Houwhoek pass.
- Shortly after Houwhoek Pass, at Bot Rivier, turn off the R43 to Hermanus.
- Drive throught Hermanus past Stanford and on towards Gansbaai.
- Before Gansbaai at the second De Kelders/Stanfords Cove turnoff, turn right towards the sea.
- At the first stop, turn left.
- At the next stop sign turn right
- Continue until the road curves to the left. You will see the house
with the flags on the seafront.
["On the Rocks" is at Waterkant Street no.28] - We can easily arrange for transport from the airport should you prefer.
